Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for ER NOC shifts in a fast-paced emergency care environment. Candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize incoming patient conditions in the emergency department.
• Administer treatments, medications, and procedures following established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and modify care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license.
• Require BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Provide proof of negative TB screen within the last 12 months.
