Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified ER RN to provide exceptional patient care in a Level I Trauma emergency department. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with travel experience preferred, and capable of managing a high-acuity environment on a 36-hour day shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Administer emergency treatments and medications accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly in Epic charting system.
• Adhere to all compliance and licensing requirements, including travel and onboarding rules.

Qualifications:

• Valid state or compact nursing license at the time of application.
• Current certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Proven experience in emergency room settings, preferably with travel background.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system.
