Job Summary:
Provide critical nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring patient safety, monitoring, and direct care delivery. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality emergency services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and establish nursing priorities.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and utilize medical equipment such as ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and monitors.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Respond quickly to patient emergencies, providing advanced interventions as required.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 1 year of emergency department experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and compassionate patient care.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exhibit proficiency in using EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call hours.
