Job Summary:
Provide clinical support in an outpatient OB-GYN setting, ensuring smooth patient flow and quality care delivery. Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and patient interactions to maintain an efficient clinic operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws, lab testing, and venipuncture with proficiency.
• Greet and assist patients, ensuring their comfort and accurately documenting clinical information.
• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment following protocol.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Comply with all safety, privacy, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program.
• Have at least 2 years of outpatient clinic experience, including 1 year in OB-GYN.
• Hold current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Demonstrate proficiency with blood draws, lab procedures, and venipuncture.
• Be flexible and able to work as needed in floating roles.
• Valid CA certification and license, with LVN or MA credentials documented.
