Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients. Ensure quality treatment and support patient recovery through hands-on therapy and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Support therapists in administering therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients on exercises and routines to promote recovery.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
• Follow all facility policies regarding patient safety and infection control.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work collaboratively within healthcare teams.
• Possess minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a PTA preferred.
• Comply with agency requirements including a state or federal issued ID and wearing a photo badge.
