Job Summary:
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to help patients improve mobility and manage pain. Provide supportive care during therapy sessions to promote recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.
• Follow facility protocols and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA or equivalent).
• Proven experience assisting in a clinical therapy setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic procedures and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must bring a valid state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
