Job Summary:
Seeking a Surgical Process Tech to support surgical procedures within a high-volume healthcare environment. The role involves assisting with patient transport, room turnover, and other clinical support activities to ensure efficient surgical workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Transport patients safely to and from surgical areas, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Assist in cleaning and turnover of surgical rooms, following strict infection control protocols.
• Support surgical teams by preparing supplies and equipment required for procedures.
• Comply with safety standards, including lifting heavy items and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all facility and regulatory requirements, including certifications and background checks.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a valid BLS certification and active Ohio or compact license.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of customer service experience, with preferred healthcare or clinical support background.
• Possess the ability to lift heavy items and assist with patient transport.
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments successfully during orientation.
• Successfully pass drug screening and background checks consistent with facility policies.
