Job Summary:
Seeking a Surgical Process Tech to support sterile processing and operating room needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves handling surgical instruments, ensuring equipment sterility, and assisting surgical teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies according to standard protocols.
• Transport and position patients safely within the surgical environment.
• Clean and turnover operating rooms adhering to infection control procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization and processing activities.
• Comply with facility policies and safety standards, including certification and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or compact license at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 1 year of customer service experience and 18 months of specialized perioperative or surgical tech experience.
• Demonstrate active certification in sterile processing or surgical technology.
• Be capable of lifting heavy items, transporting patients, and performing manual tasks.
• Have a current BLS certification and a high school diploma or GED.
• Provide a manager or supervisor reference from within the past 12 months.
