Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment sessions.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to support recovery.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and adhere to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation for all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
