Job Summary:
Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain proper use of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid state-issued Physical Therapist license or certification.
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• CPR certification preferred.
