Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitative care. The provider will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional ability.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Develop and modify therapeutic protocols based on patient progress and clinical assessments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills.
• Have excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Be committed to patient advocacy and professional development.
