Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a seasonal, 13-week contract. The role involves providing exceptional maternity care while working rotating shifts with no call requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care for laboring mothers, including monitoring fetal and maternal health.
• Perform and interpret fetal heart rate monitoring, including intrauterine pressure catheter (IUPC) and external fetal monitoring.
• Assist with common procedures such as SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE guidelines.
• Document patient information accurately within the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE required.
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring, intrauterine procedures, and emergency response.
• Experience working in a high-volume Level IV unit preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts with positive teamwork and attitude.
