Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Labor and Delivery. The role involves providing expert nursing care for obstetrical patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatal staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient status, procedures, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and their families on postpartum care, prenatal health, and recovery processes.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, unit guidelines, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years’ experience in a high-risk obstetrical setting.
• Current certification in ACLS, NRP, and BLS.
• Certified Surgical Tech experience preferred, with a CST credential required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity cases such as massive transfusions and placenta spectrum disorders.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills.
