Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive capabilities to determine appropriate therapy goals.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including lymphedema treatment, to address patients' needs.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises to promote recovery.
• Maintain compliance with travel and facility policies, including adherence to Tier2 travel standards and RTO requests.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid license to practice occupational therapy.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Certified in lymphedema treatment (CLT) certification required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EMR systems and documentation.
• Ability to work day shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to float to inpatient, swingbed, and outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
