Job Summary:
The Mobile MRI Tech is responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures in a mobile unit and at the main site, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. This role requires adaptability to shift schedules and compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment in mobile and hospital settings adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Schedule and conduct MRI scans during designated shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with radiology team members to ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation.
• Complete all required labs and certifications within specified timeframes before starting.
• Follow facility policies, including emergency response protocols during hurricane season.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification with a valid state license.
• Possess at least 1 year of MRI experience, preferably with Siemens systems.
• Demonstrate experience in Level 1 Trauma hospitals preferred.
• Be BLS certified and able to work 3x12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday.
• Be able to comply with travel and RTO requirements, including local and distance considerations.
