Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Mobile MRI Technician for a 11-week contract at a teaching hospital. The role involves operating MRI equipment, primarily Siemens systems, to provide imaging services in a fast-paced, trauma Level 1 facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans meeting detailed safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient care and safety.
• Adhere to strict schedule, working 4 days, 10 hours shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Maintain documentation within Epic electronic health records.
• Comply with facility policies, including on-call and holiday requirements.
• Follow radiation safety protocols as applicable, noting radiation badge not required.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification/license; pending licenses accepted.
• Possess at least 1 year of MRI technologist experience, preferably Siemens.
• Experienced in Level 1 trauma and emergency imaging settings preferred.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Be able to work within radius constraints of 60 miles; local candidates prioritized.
• Must meet all compliance requirements, including lab testing within 72 hours of start.
