Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist delivers patient-centered rehabilitation services to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore functional independence. This role evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based therapy to support recovery goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ functional status through evaluation, history, and standardized testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, range of motion, and gait.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Physical Therapy degree.
• Maintain an active state license as a Physical Therapist (or meet applicable licensure requirements).
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Apply evidence-based practice to therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Possess excellent communication, documentation, and patient education abilities.
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
