Job Summary:
Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments to improve patients' mobility and manage pain. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote patient recovery and well-being. Utilize evidence-based therapies to meet individual clinical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Document clinical assessments and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Comply with healthcare regulations and maintain detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from accredited programs.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
• Have experience with orthopedic, neurological, or pediatric therapy preferred.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.
