Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to provide comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in general medical-surgical units, including perioperative and recovery procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes promptly.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in GA or a Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative, dialysis, and recovery procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours).
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment and critical thinking.
• Compliance with travel and onboarding requirements.
