Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care within a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive nursing services aligned with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN Licensure in GA or a Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to float within scope of practice, including CNA/Tech roles if needed.
• Demonstrate full compliance with licensing, health, and compliance requirements prior to assignment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
