Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit, managing multiple diagnoses such as general medical and surgical conditions, peritoneal dialysis recovery, and radial band recovery. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to all regulatory and unit standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and recognize early signs of deterioration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and clinical activities accurately.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license for GA or a Compact state at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Proven ability to work within a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to adhere to compliance and schedule requirements.
