Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs, observe symptoms, and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in GA or a Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Proven ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours).
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Meet all compliance requirements for onboarding and travel.
