Job Summary:

Seeking a experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical - Neuro to provide high-quality patient care in a neuro-progressive or ICU setting. This travel position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on neurological patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' neurological status and establish individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and document clinical progress accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies.
• Complete neuro-progressive competency exams and skills checklists as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent Neuro-Progressive or ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic electronic health records.
• Possess neuro-progressive care certification or equivalent experience.
• Be able to complete a neuro-competency exam successfully.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible schedules.
• Maintain scrubs in compliance with dress code policies.
