Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with experience in Neuro-Progressive or Stepdown units or ICU. This travel position involves providing specialized neuro-critical patient care during night shifts, ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor neuro-critical patient care in a neuro-progressive or ICU setting.
• Complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer.
• Utilize Epic electronic health records effectively to document patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Adhere to dress code standards, including wearing Nave Blue scrubs.
• Maintain clinical competencies and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown, or ICU units.
• Be able to complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic health records.
• Willingness to work night shifts and possibly float to other units if required.
