Job Summary:
Providing specialized nursing care for neuro-progressive and surgical patients, the RN will deliver high-quality clinical services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires expertise in neurology, progressive care, and ICU settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to neuro-progressive and surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, escalating concerns as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient statuses and treatments in electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid RN license with at least 2 years of relevant experience in neurology or ICU settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neuro-progressive and stepdown care.
• Complete neuro-progressive competency exam as required.
• Have clinical experience with Epic electronic health records system.
• Be able to work night shifts and adapt to float to other units as needed.
