Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring their stability and recovery. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver high-quality critical care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, Treatments, and monitor vital signs.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Possess ICU or acute care experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current CPR and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
