Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a critical care float pool. The role requires versatility across multiple ICU environments, providing advanced patient care in high-acuity settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients across neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU units.
• Float effectively to various ICU units and ED/PACU to ensure proper patient coverage.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing critically ill patients, including neuro, trauma, and post-operative cases.
• Fulfill competency assessments within 24 hours of start date to verify clinical skills.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, dress code, and safety standards, including wearing navy blue scrubs.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least 2 years of ICU experience in a level I trauma center.
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrate competence in caring for neuro, trauma, SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU patients.
• Ability to float across different ICU environments as necessary.
• Epic electronic health record (EHR) system experience required.
• Current and valid nursing license; willingness to review pending licenses.
