Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with ICU specialization to provide critical care for patients in a high-acuity environment. This position requires a dedicated professional proficient in advanced clinical procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive ICU nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and clinical data to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately in EPIC electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and perform advanced life support as needed.
• Comply with travel policies, licensing, and hospital protocols during contract duration.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NY Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience, with EPIC charting proficiency.
• Demonstrate experience managing sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, and other critical conditions.
• Be comfortable working night shifts (4x12 hours) and floating as required.
• Exhibit ability to complete billable modules within established timeframes.
