Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients in the ER setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess condition changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California registered nurse license.
• Bear current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Prove negative TB screening within the past 12 months.
• Possess excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
