Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified ER RN to provide exceptional emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently during evening shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency medical treatments and monitor patient status continuously.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and travel regulations.
• Complete required certifications and modules during orientation, including Epic charting experience.
• Verify work history and background information in accordance with agency policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of ER nursing experience with current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NCC certifications.
• Valid State Nursing License at the time of submission.
• Experience with Epic charting and specific clinical procedures.
• Ability to pass background screening and provide verification for a 7-year work history.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and available within 3-5 days for lab work.
• Must be within 50 miles of the facility, with locals accepted at a lower rate.
