Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, orderliness, and effective treatment during urgent and critical situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer emergency treatments, medications, and interventions according to protocol.
• Document patient care and clinical findings using Epic and other electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies, including background checks and travel requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license.
• Possess valid BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications administered by AHA or American Red Cross.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent ER experience, including weekend shifts.
• Be available for shift rotations including nights (3x12 hours).
• Be prepared to complete required onboarding, background checks, and lab work within specified timeframes.
