Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, deliver quality care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate timely treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency care and monitor patient vital signs during shifts.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and shift requirements.
• Manage patient load efficiently during night shifts, ensuring timely treatment and interventions.
• Complete required modules and ongoing training during orientation and throughout assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Maintain current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross approved).
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC or similar electronic charting systems.
• Be available to undergo lab work and provide necessary documentation within specified timelines.
• Pass background verification, including work history and check for DUIs or other issues.
