Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for ER RNNight Shift positions. The role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage emergency patients upon arrival, determining priority of care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Comply with all BLS and ACLS certification requirements and maintain licensure validity.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong experience working with Cerner electronic health record systems.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proven ability to manage high-stress situations efficiently.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
