Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced cardiovascular unit. This contract position offers an immersive environment focusing on complex cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, PCI, TAVR, Watchman, and device placements.
• Prepare and support patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system and adhere to institutional policies and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license with at least 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP setting.
• Possess current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling complex cardiovascular procedures and equipment such as RCIS certification preferred.
• Exhibit strong teamwork, adaptability, and efficiency in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system is preferred.
