Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel ICU Nurse specialized in Neuro ICU/SICU for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate advanced clinical skills, including trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU experience, with a background in Level One trauma centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill neuro, trauma, and surgical ICU patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and clinical findings accurately in electronic medical records.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with current registration.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological cases.
• Demonstrate proven competency in neuro and trauma patient care.
• Have previous travel or agency nursing experience.
• Be able to pass a competency test within 24 hours of submission.
• Exhibit strong communication and critical thinking skills.
