Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN for a critical care float pool position requiring flexibility to work various ICU environments. The role involves providing advanced patient care in fast-paced, high-acuity settings, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients across multiple units including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, ED, and PACU.
• Float seamlessly between departments, adapting to different protocols and patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform and document assessments, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete competency assessments within 24 hours of assignment to verify clinical skills.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience in a Level I trauma center.
• Epic EMR proficiency and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred.
• Able to care for neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ED/PACU patients.
• Comfortable working 48 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
