Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel RN for Neuro ICU/SICU with a strong background in trauma, surgical, and neurological critical care. Must have previous travel experience and be capable of fulfilling a night shift schedule on a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neuro, trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly.
• Document patient progress and clinical activities accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license in the applicable state.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU experience, including trauma and neurological units.
• Exhibit proficiency in ICU protocols, trauma, surgical, and neurological patient care.
• Have prior travel nursing experience and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Be able to pass a competency test within 24 hours of submission.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and teamwork.
