Job Summary:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, ensuring their health and safety. Assist with routine and complex patient needs while maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination and safety measures.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing photo identification badges.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid LVN or LPN license.
• Possess recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and infection control.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation.
• Comply with facility requirements including state or federal ID documentation and badge wearing.
