Job Summary:
Assist with patient care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting, providing essential support under the supervision of nursing staff. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through compassionate and efficient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic patient care duties such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, noting changes in health status.
• Follow established care plans and clinical protocols accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards.
• Document care activities and patient responses precisely and timely.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Be able to stand, walk, and lift patients as required.
• Complete required COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an exemption with documentation.
