Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA to provide quality patient care in a long-term care or SNF setting. The ideal candidate will support clinical staff and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition.
• Observe and report any changes in patients’ health status to clinical staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control procedures, including COVID-19 safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in a long-term care or SNF environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Must have valid ID and be able to wear a photo badge at all times.
• Compliance with vaccination or exemption requirements as mandated.
