Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. This role requires assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of combined perm experience in Medical Surgical/Tele specialty.
• Active and current certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate with acceptable scores.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00).
