Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical care to provide exceptional patient support and clinical services. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to treatments.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient records.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license valid in the state.
• Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities.
• Be proficient in electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
