Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes and adhere to established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Document all nursing actions and patient responses in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license valid in the relevant state.
• Demonstrate at least 1-2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
