Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Surgical care to provide quality patient management during 12-hour day shifts. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services in a fast-paced clinical setting to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient vital signs and detect any changes in health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
