Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment. The role involves floating across various units, adhering to unit protocols and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Utilize Meditech EMR, Pyxis, and wound vac systems for documentation and supply management.
• Adhere to professional dress code and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Hawaii RN license prior to start date.
• Have 2-10 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Maintain current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate experience with Meditech EMR, wound vac, chest tubes, and other equipment.
• Be flexible to float across Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular units as needed.
• Possess strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
