Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for IMC/PCU/Stepdown units to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Administer medications and perform clinical procedures with precision.
• Document patient information accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
• Float between medical, surgical (Laulima), and occasional cardiovascular units.
• Follow established protocols for infection control and patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Hawaii State Nursing License at the start of the assignment.
• Possess 2-10 years of nursing experience in acute care settings.
• Be BLS certified; ACLS preferred.
• Demonstrate competency in wound vac management, chest tubes, and Meditech EMR.
• Adapt to float assignments across various units.
• Exhibit strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
