Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
• Comply with all safety and healthcare regulations to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license or equivalent credentials.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Be proficient in documenting clinical notes and treatment plans.
• Meet all state and federal regulatory requirements for practicing as a Physical Therapist.
