Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery goals. Ensure the delivery of quality care within a structured clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and care practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
