Job Summary:
Provides essential physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and manage pain. Works closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and outcomes.
• Comply with facility policies regarding identification and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal-issued license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate experience in rehabilitative therapy and patient assessment.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure ability to wear a photo badge and adhere to safety requirements.
• Be available for a 17-week contract with a 35-day notice period.
• Bring a valid ID as required for registry personnel.
