Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient and occasional inpatient therapy services at a critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience working in hospital outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ensure all documentation and licenses are current and in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with physical therapy skills and procedures.
• Provide current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Submit signed supervisory references from the past year.
• Include verification of all required licenses and certifications with application.
